What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 250 pieces per color per size. We work with small to mid-sized brands — this is significantly lower than most Chinese factories (500–1000) and competitive with Portuguese workshops. For prototyping or simple styles we can discuss lower trial runs.
How long does sample production take?
Samples are typically ready in 10–14 days from receipt of an approved tech pack and yarn selection. Express samples (7 days) are possible on simple constructions for an additional fee. Sample costs range from $80 to $180 depending on complexity.
What is your bulk production lead time?
Bulk production is 45–60 days after sample approval, depending on order size and yarn availability. We ship from Gaziantep, Turkey. Typical transit times: 5–7 days truck to EU (Milan/Hamburg/Rotterdam), 8–10 days to UK, 5–10 days ocean to US East/West Coast.
Do you offer OEM, ODM, and Private Label?
Yes — all three programs. OEM: You provide the tech pack, we produce. ODM: We develop designs based on your brief (fibers, gauge, technique). Private Label: Our existing collection, rebranded with your woven label and packaging. See Capabilities for details.
What knitwear techniques can you produce?
We specialize in flat-knit on Shima Seiki and Stoll machines. Techniques include: intarsia, jacquard (1-color up to 6-color), cable, argyle, pointelle, rib, cardigan stitch, fully-fashioned shaping, links-links, and seamless WHOLEGARMENT. Available gauges: 3gg, 5gg, 7gg, 12gg, 14gg.
What fibers and yarns do you work with?
Merino wool, cashmere, lambswool, alpaca, mohair, acrylic, cotton, linen, viscose, Tencel, and blends. We source from Italian, Turkish, and British spinners (Filpucci, Loro Piana, Todd & Duncan). Custom blends possible with our yarn partners.
Do you have sustainability certifications?
Yes: OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 (all our yarns), GOTS (organic cotton blends), BCI (Better Cotton Initiative). Bureau Veritas third-party inspection available on request. GRS (Global Recycled Standard) on select recycled polyester yarns.
Do you offer third-party quality inspection?
Yes. We routinely arrange Bureau Veritas, SGS, or Intertek inspections on bulk orders at the factory before shipment. Cost is paid by buyer (approx. $250–400 per inspection day). Inspection reports are provided before shipment.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard: 30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% balance against copy of B/L (Bill of Lading). We also accept L/C at sight, L/C 30/60/90 days for established accounts. Escrow via Alibaba Trade Assurance supported. Currency: USD, EUR, or GBP.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — buyer visits are welcome and encouraged. We provide factory tours (production floor, linking, QC, sample room), airport pickup from Gaziantep (GZT) or Istanbul (IST), and hotel booking assistance. Book via Contact page with at least 7 days notice.
How do I start — what do you need from me?
We need: tech pack (PDF or AI file with measurements, construction notes, yarn references), target unit price, quantity per color/size, and season/delivery window. What Incoterms do you support?
We quote EXW (Gaziantep), FOB (Istanbul/Mersin port), CIF, DAP, DDP. For US customers we offer DDP Los Angeles or New York. For EU: DDP Milan/Hamburg/Rotterdam via truck. For UK: DDP London/Manchester (post-Brexit customs-cleared).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to 6 continents. Primary markets: US, UK, EU-27, Scandinavia, Russia, Middle East, East Asia (Japan/Korea), Australia/NZ. Shipping via ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight for urgent orders, truck to Europe.
What languages does your sales team support?
Primary: English, Turkish, Arabic. Sales correspondence via email/WhatsApp. Our website is available in 54 languages. Factory tours can be arranged with interpreters for German, French, Spanish, Italian on advance notice.
Can you produce sustainable or recycled yarn knitwear?
Yes. We work with organic cotton (GOTS), recycled cashmere, recycled polyester (GRS), and Better Cotton Initiative cotton blends. ESG reporting support available for EU brands subject to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
