A flat-knit factory built for direct-to-consumer brands: a 250-piece MOQ, per colour and size, for a real production run, founder-direct speed and retail-ready quality — your designs, your label, shipped worldwide from Gaziantep, Turkey.
DTC brands live and die by cash flow and speed. We knit to order, repeat fast and talk to you directly — so you can test a capsule, then scale the winners. Your designs, your label, no agency in the middle.
250 pcs per colour and per size — knit a capsule or core programme, then reorder what sells. Built for brands ready for genuine production, not a sample run.
DTC moves fast — so do we. One point of contact (the founder), quick answers, no sales layer slowing every decision.
Your reviews depend on it. Flat-knit and WHOLEGARMENT finishing that holds up wash after wash — the quality your customers post about.
Won a style? Reorder and scale on the same machines, same yarns, same quality — consistent across every batch.
Direct-to-consumer is a test-and-learn business: release a small drop, read the data, then reorder the winners. A 250-piece MOQ per colour, per size lets you put a real capsule in front of customers without sinking runway into inventory you may never sell. When a style sells through, you scale it on the same machines, the same yarn quality and the same construction — so the second run looks, fits and feels exactly like the first.
That repeatability is what turns a one-off hit into a hero product. Start with a capsule, validate demand and grow into volume order by order — never the other way around. You stay in control of cadence, capital and design; we keep the production identical underneath you.
Inconsistent reorders are what drive returns and one-star reviews. We treat your approved sample as a contract: every later batch is graded against it, so a customer who loved the first piece gets the same garment the third time around.
Knitwear quality starts at the machine. We knit on Shima Seiki and Stoll flat machines across a 3gg to 14gg gauge range — from chunky, hand-feel cardigans to fine-gauge merino layers. Gauge sets the stitch density, weight and drape of the finished piece, so getting it right is the first design decision, not an afterthought.
Panels knitted to shape and linked — clean fashion marks, minimal yarn waste, the benchmark for quality sweaters.
Seamless, knit-to-shape on Shima Seiki — no side seams, no linking, lighter and cleaner on the body.
Rib, cable, intarsia, jacquard, links-links, pointelle and full-needle — texture and colourwork built into the knit itself.
Merino, lambswool, cotton, cashmere and performance blends — chosen for hand-feel, durability and care behaviour.
Returns and refunds quietly eat DTC margins, and most of them trace back to fit and finish. We control both in-house: garments are measured against your approved spec at the point of make, linking and seams are checked, and pieces are washed, steamed and pressed so the hand-feel that ships is the hand-feel you signed off. Inspection happens before goods leave the floor — not after a customer complains.
Because the same team knits, links, finishes and inspects, there is no hand-off where quality slips. One factory, one standard, one point of accountability.
Your order ships finished, not half-done. We apply your woven brand label, care and content labels and size tabs, attach hangtags, fold and polybag each piece, and pack to your carton specification — ready to flow straight into your warehouse or fulfilment partner. Supplier-certified yarn declarations (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS where the yarn carries them) and compliance documentation travel with the goods, so your paperwork is in order before the first unit lands.
250 pieces per colour/size. Each size is knitted as its own fully-fashioned programme — a real production run, not a sample.
Yes. Your approved pre-production sample is the reference. We reorder on the same machines, the same yarn specification and the same finishing, and inspect against that sealed sample so batches stay consistent.
First samples in 10–14 days after we review your tech pack, then we iterate until you approve. Bulk production runs 45–60 days after sample sign-off.
Yes — your woven brand label, care labels, hangtags, polybags and carton packing are applied in-house so goods arrive ready for your warehouse or fulfilment partner.
Yes. We are a pure OEM/private-label factory: we make your collection under your label and never a competing brand. Your designs and brand remain yours, under NDA.
