Each coloured area in an intarsia piece is knitted with its own yarn carrier — no floats across the back, clean reverse side. Up to 6-colour all-over pattern knitting — Fairisle-style repeats, geometric motifs, fine-detail print-like designs. Floats cross the back, which means float-length management but also faster production than intarsia for repeat patterns. The right choice for structured, all-over pattern work.

You send a tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch with yarn preference and rough quantities. We assess feasibility on our machines, confirm gauge and yarn options, and send indicative pricing within 48 hours.
First samples in 10–14 days. You review, request any amendments — colour, gauge, stitch, fit — and we iterate. Most programmes reach a salesman sample in 2–3 rounds. Sample cost: $80–180 including international shipping.
Approved sample signed off, bulk order placed. Production runs 45–60 days. You receive a top-of-production (TOP) sample before the full run ships — your quality sign-off before we despatch.
Ocean freight to Felixstowe takes roughly 10–14 days from Mersin. With a EUR.1 origin certificate from us, your broker clears the goods at zero tariff under the UK–Türkiye FTA. Pieces on the rail by week 14 from order placement — assuming a clean first sample round.
No — the 250 minimum is per colour and per size, so each size in a colourway is its own 250-piece run. That's why boutiques keep the size range tight: a wide XS–3XL grid multiplies the commitment, while a focused S–L range keeps a first order lean. We'll help you set a size range that fits your rail.
We can source to a yarn specification or a Pantone reference. Exact colour-matching in knitwear requires lab dips (dyed swatch samples), which we include in the sample process. For stock yarns we carry a broad colour range without dyeing; for bespoke shades, dip-dyeing adds 2–3 weeks to the sample stage.
You do — but we make it straightforward. We supply fibre content (percentage and fibre name), care symbols to ISO 3758 and country of origin (Made in Turkey) as standard. Your label-maker and broker handle the UKCA label application and UK textile labelling compliance, but the data comes from us, documented.
We work on NDA and do not repeat client designs or colour programmes to other buyers. Stitch patterns we develop specifically for you are not offered to others. We cannot prevent other factories from knitting the same construction — that is a registered design question — but our production stays exclusive to your programme.
