Luxury is felt in the fibre and the finish. We knit with premium natural yarns on Shima Seiki WHOLEGARMENT and Stoll machines, then hand-finish each piece — the weight, the drape and the seamless construction that define a luxury knit. Your design, your label, no markup from middlemen. Under the UK–Türkiye FTA, a cashmere or fine-merino programme lands at Felixstowe duty-free — a landed-cost advantage that applies to the highest-value pieces, where the saving per unit is most meaningful.

01

Premium Fibres

Cashmere, extra-fine merino, alpaca and luxury blends — supplier-sourced with OEKO-TEX / GOTS / RWS certification and full traceability documentation.

02

WHOLEGARMENT Seamless

Shima Seiki knit-to-shape: a single seamless garment, no side seams — the hallmark of high-end knitwear, and the minimum waste construction method.

03

Fine Gauge

Up to 14gg for refined, lightweight knits in cashmere and fine merino — plus chunky, high-twist constructions when the collection calls for volume.

04

Hand-Finishing & QC

Linking, steaming and piece-by-piece inspection in-house — the finish a luxury label cannot compromise on and a customer at that price point will notice immediately.

The Luxury Fibre Guide

Choosing the right fibre is the first decision in a luxury knitwear programme. Each has genuine strengths — and some commonly repeated claims worth correcting.

FibreMicron / GradeBest forHonest note
Cashmere15–16 micron (Grade A)Fine-gauge cardigans, wraps, 12–14ggPilling is inherent to cashmere — not a defect. Higher-twist spun cashmere pills less.
Extra-fine merino15–18 micronBase layers, fine-gauge sweaters, 7–12ggRWS-certified available on request; mulesing-free sourcing confirmed.
Cashmere–merino blendTypically 20/80 or 30/70Accessible luxury, all gaugesDurability of merino with some cashmere softness — a practical middle ground.
Baby alpaca20–22 micronLightweight mid-layers, 7–10ggNatural thermal regulation, hypoallergenic. Peruvian-origin fibre; longer sourcing lead time.
Mohair25–27 micron (kid mohair)Brushed, halo-finish garments, 7–12ggDistinct aesthetic — halo surface is the product. US FTC requires specific care labelling for mohair blends.

Built for Premium Labels

Sweaters, cardigans, dresses and full-fashioned pieces in intarsia, jacquard, cable and rib — produced as pure OEM (your tech pack, your label) with a 250 MOQ that suits considered, high-margin collections rather than mass volume.

Intarsia & Jacquard

Intarsia for clean colour-block and graphic designs — no floats on the reverse, ideal for pieces where the inside of the garment is visible or where the customer inspects closely. Jacquard for all-over pattern work at finer gauge.

Cable & Textured Stitch

Cable, aran, honeycomb and moss stitch constructions in premium wool weights — the heritage-facing constructions that command a premium on the UK market. Computerised machines give repeatable, consistent stitch definition batch to batch.

WHOLEGARMENT Seamless

A no-seam garment in fine cashmere or merino is a direct luxury signal to the customer who picks it up. Shima Seiki WHOLEGARMENT technology produces the piece entire — body and sleeves in one pass, no side-seam linking.

Full-Fashioned

Fully-fashioned shaping — where the garment edge is formed on the machine rather than cut — produces a clean, rolled selvedge and reduces waste. A visible quality mark on certain constructions.

Traceability & Modern Slavery

UK luxury and premium buyers increasingly ask where things are made — and the Modern Slavery Act gives that question legal weight for brands above the £36m turnover threshold. A single-site factory with a named founder, documented HR practices and a supplier-certified fibre chain is a straightforward supply chain to write about in your statement and to communicate to your customers.

We operate one factory in Gaziantep. All knitting, finishing and QC happen in-house. We do not subcontract production. Our yarn suppliers provide certified-origin documentation — OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, GOTS, GRS or RWS depending on the fibre — and we pass those certificates through with each bulk order. That is not a long or complex chain to explain.

For the UK Luxury & Premium Market

UK luxury and premium knitwear has a heritage to live up to — and, increasingly, buyers who ask where it's made. The UK–Türkiye FTA lets a cashmere or fine-merino programme land duty-free (rules of origin permitting), while a short, single-site supply chain gives you the traceability a premium customer and your Modern Slavery statement both want. WHOLEGARMENT seamless construction where it elevates the piece — quality that reads in the hand, not just on the label.
