7 clear steps. Defined lead times. Produced to meet your target-market requirements. No surprises.
Every programme at Kiwi Giyim follows the same structured workflow. Lead times are committed, not estimated. We produce using certified, compliant materials so your finished goods meet your target-market requirements.
This workflow covers in-house flat-knit production. Jersey, sweatshirts, polos, and the rest of the extended knit range run through our vetted partner network under the same QC standard and lead-time commitments.
Send your tech pack, reference sample, or concept brief via email or WhatsApp. Our in-house knit technicians — trained on Shima Seiki APEX and Stoll M1 software — review gauge range, construction technique, yarn spec, and measurement chart within 48 hours. We flag any technical constraints upfront before quoting.
First prototype sample produced on Shima Seiki WHOLEGARMENT or Stoll CMS machines and shipped to your door within 10–14 days. Sample fee of $80–180 covers yarn, machine time, and international courier delivery. Techniques include intarsia, jacquard, cable, fully-fashioned, and zero-seam WHOLEGARMENT. Gauge range 3GG–14GG. Yarn options: merino, cashmere, alpaca, mohair, cotton, TENCEL, GRS recycled, GOTS organic.
You review the prototype. Fit corrections, yarn adjustments, colour matching, or stitch modifications are addressed in a counter-sample round before bulk is confirmed. We provide a measurement report, yarn shade card, and construction specifications sheet with every sample to make approval efficient and documented.
Full production run across 22 dedicated flat-knit machines (15 Shima Seiki incl. WHOLEGARMENT + 7 Stoll CMS). Knit-to-shape technology means near-zero fabric waste per garment. Our 50+ in-house team handles knitting, linking, mending, washing, and pressing. Capacity: up to 100,000 pieces per month. Minimum order quantity: 250 pcs per colour per style.
Every garment passes 100% visual inspection by our in-house QC specialists. Measurements are logged per size and per colourway against the approved sample spec. Defects are pulled and re-linked or mended before proceeding to finishing. Finishing operations — linking, washing, steaming, labelling, and hang-tag attachment — are all performed in-house per buyer specification.
Packing follows buyer specification: folded or hanging, individual polybag, inner box, and master export carton. Barcode and label application in-house. We produce using certified, compliant materials so your products can meet the requirements of your target market: REACH (EU), CPSIA (US children's products), and GPSR (EU, mandatory since Dec 2024). Supplier yarn certificates and traceability documents are passed to you on request.
Shipments leave via Mersin or İskenderun ports by sea, land, or air — reaching buyers across Europe, the UK, the US, Canada, Asia, Australia, and beyond. Transit times vary by destination and mode; contact us for a quote specific to your country. Full customs and export documentation for all major markets provided. Incoterms flexible: EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP to buyer's DC.
We do not surprise buyers. Every lead time, cost item, and material specification is defined before bulk production starts. You work directly with founder Mehmet Özbakır — no sales layer, no agency markup, no telephone game.
