China has no FTA with Nigeria either — so on customs it is parity, with no edge over China. We compete on quality, not price. Ocean freight Mersin → Lagos (Apapa / Tin Can / Lekki Deep Sea) in ~10–14 days — FOB or DDP, contracts usually in USD given Naira volatility. Confirm the HS-61 line and duty with a licensed Nigerian customs agent.
