You keep the design and the brand; we handle the knitting, finishing, labelling and compliance. No middlemen between you and the machines: you talk directly to the founder who runs the floor.

There is no Türkiye–Uganda free-trade agreement, so finished knitwear enters under the EAC Common External Tariff (25% on most apparel lines). China has no FTA either, so on duty we're at parity — we don't win on tariff or price. Plan landed cost around the CET, 18% VAT and clearance via URA.

We're honest about the inland leg and offset it with planning and lead-time reliability. FOB or DDP, priced in USD.
