There is no Türkiye–Tanzania free-trade agreement, so finished knitwear enters at the EAC common external tariff (25% on most apparel). China has no FTA either, so we carry no customs advantage over Chinese goods — we compete on quality, not duty. Confirm the specific HS-61 line with TRA at import.
