We knit it; you sell it under your own label. A founder-led flat-knit factory in Turkey producing private label sweaters, cardigans and WHOLEGARMENT for US brands — your designs, your woven label, retail-ready, sourced outside China.
Private label means your collection, made in our factory and shipped ready to retail under your brand — your woven label, your packaging. You keep the design and the brand; we handle the knitting, finishing, labeling and US compliance. No middlemen between you and the machines: you talk directly to the founder who runs the floor.
It's OEM under the hood — your designs, produced to spec — finished and labeled as your product, on a supply chain that sits outside China. (New to the terms? See OEM vs ODM vs private label.)
Pure OEM under the hood: your tech pack, your woven label, your packaging and RN. We make your collection — never our own brand against you.
Made in Turkey, outside the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese apparel, with UFLPA-clean yarn origin and US-market labeling. Confirm current duties with your broker.
MOQ 250 per colour/size — best for emerging-but-funded US brands, boutiques and importers. We lead on WHOLEGARMENT quality, not the lowest minimum.
One contact — the founder on the floor since 2010. Clear English, quick replies, honest pricing, no agency markup.
Within 48h: feasibility, yarn options and indicative pricing on your chosen Incoterm (FOB or DDP to the US).
First samples in 10–14 days ($80–180), refined to an approved pre-production sample.
Production in 45–60 days with in-house quality control against your approved sample.
Your labels and packaging applied — retail-ready — and shipped to the US, roughly two weeks by ocean to the East Coast.
In-house flat-knit on Shima Seiki WHOLEGARMENT and Stoll CMS (3–14gg): sweaters, cardigans, pullovers, vests, dresses — intarsia, jacquard, cable, rib and seamless knit-to-shape. An extended knit range (jersey, loungewear) is available through our transparent partner network. We provide CPSIA and FTC labeling support and source certified yarns.
Private label describes the outcome — a garment sold under your brand, retail-ready. OEM describes the method — we produce your design to spec. In practice they overlap: private label is usually OEM under the hood.
Yes — your woven brand label, fiber-content and care label (per FTC rules) and packaging are applied in-house, retail-ready. The RN number stays with you, the US importer/brand; we label to your spec.
Yes — we manufacture in Turkey, outside the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese apparel, with cotton sourced outside the Xinjiang region (UFLPA-clean). A cleaner supply chain for US brands diversifying beyond China.
250 pieces per colour/size — best suited to emerging-but-funded brands, boutiques and importers. We compete on quality and a China alternative rather than the lowest minimums.
First samples in 10–14 days; bulk 45–60 days after approval. Ocean freight reaches the US East Coast in roughly two weeks, FOB or DDP.
Yes — enforceable NDAs; your designs and brand remain yours.
Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a brief. We respond within one business day with a capacity check, indicative pricing and a sample timeline.
