Private label means your collection, made in our factory and shipped ready to retail under your brand — your woven label, your packaging. You keep the design and the brand; we handle the knitting, finishing, labelling and compliance. No middlemen between you and the machines: you talk directly to the founder who runs the floor.

It's OEM under the hood — your designs, produced to spec — finished and labelled as your product. (New to the terms? See OEM vs ODM vs private label.)

Built for Canadian Brands — China+1

01

China+1, Not Duty Savings

Canada applies no special tariff on Chinese apparel, so we don't pitch duty savings. We're a China+1 diversification play — Western-grade quality, WHOLEGARMENT capability and a clean, traceable supply chain.

02

Bilingual-Ready Labelling

Canada requires bilingual (English + French) fibre-content labels. We pre-apply correct EN/FR fibre and care labels to your spec — retail-ready for Canada.

03

Forced-Labour-Clean (S-211)

Turkish-origin, non-Xinjiang yarn gives a documented, audit-ready supply chain for your Bill S-211 reporting and Canada's Customs Tariff forced-labour rules.

04

CA Number & Shipping

You hold the CA Identification Number; we label to it. Ocean freight reaches Montreal / Halifax in ~4–5 weeks, FOB or DDP, priced in CAD.

Private Label FAQ

What's the difference between private label and OEM?

Private label describes the outcome — a garment sold under your brand, retail-ready. OEM describes the method — we produce your design to spec. In practice they overlap: private label is usually OEM under the hood.

Can I use my own designs?

Yes — you provide the design and tech pack and we produce it under your label. We make your collection, never our own brand against you.

What is the minimum order quantity?

250 pieces per colour/size. Each size is knitted as its own fully-fashioned programme, not cut from shared fabric — a real production run for growing brands.

Do you apply my brand and care labels?

Yes — your woven brand label, care label, size label and packaging are applied in-house so goods ship retail-ready.

How long does production take?

First samples in 10–14 days; bulk production 45–60 days after pre-production approval.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — enforceable NDAs; your designs and brand remain yours.
