base = yarn/fabric + make (CMT) + trims + finishing FOB = base × (1 + factory margin ÷ 100) Worked example: $5.00 yarn + $4.00 make + $1.00 trims + $0.50 finishing = $10.50 base. At a 15% factory margin the FOB is 10.50 × 1.15 = $12.08 per piece, of which about $1.58 is the margin. Change any input and every figure moves with it.

CMT stands for Cut, Make, Trim — the factory's labour to cut and assemble the garment, with the materials handled separately. FOB (free on board) is the full factory-gate price at the port of origin: it rolls up the yarn or fabric, the make (CMT) labour, the trims, the finishing and the factory's own margin into one per-piece number, quoted before any freight or import duty. In this build the 'make / CMT' field is only the cut-and-knit labour, listed apart from materials and trims, and the FOB output is everything added together plus the margin. It is the price on the day the goods leave the factory, not what lands in your warehouse.
Add the four cost parts to get the base, then apply the factory's margin: base = yarn/fabric + make (CMT labour) + trims + finishing, and FOB = base × (1 + factory margin ÷ 100). Worked example: $5.00 yarn + $4.00 make + $1.00 trims + $0.50 finishing = $10.50 base; at a 15% factory margin the FOB is 10.50 × 1.15 = $12.08 per piece, of which about $1.58 is the margin.
