OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you own the design and we manufacture it exactly to your specification. You send the tech pack; we source the yarn, knit, finish, label and ship it as your product — your label, your IP, no hidden subcontracting. For a US brand, that's a private-label knit program made the way you spec it, on a supply chain that sits outside China.

Whether you're diversifying beyond Chinese factories or launching a knit line for the first time, OEM gives you the most control: your construction, your yarn, your fit, your label. Here's how it works with us, end to end.

Built for US Brands Sourcing Outside China

01

No Section 301 Exposure

As a Turkey-based manufacturer we sit outside the Section 301 tariffs that apply to Chinese-made apparel. Standard US duties still apply by fiber and HTS code — confirm current rates with your broker — but the China-specific penalty layer doesn't.

02

UFLPA-Clean Cotton

Yarn sourced outside the Xinjiang region, with supplier certificates and origin documentation passed to you — supporting the traceability US Customs expects.

03

US-Market Compliance

FTC fiber-content and care labeling, "Made in Turkey" origin, and CPSIA flammability / children's-product support — all produced to your spec.

04

Faster Than Asia

Ocean freight reaches the US East Coast in roughly two weeks — materially shorter than transpacific lanes — on FOB or DDP terms.

The OEM Process, Step by Step

1

Brief & tech pack review

Within 48 hours we confirm feasibility, flag anything missing, suggest yarn options and give indicative pricing.

2

Yarn sourcing & quote

We source the right fiber and count from certified suppliers and return an itemized quote on your chosen Incoterm — FOB or DDP to the US.

3

First sample

Your design knitted for the first time — typically in 10–14 days — to confirm look, construction, gauge and stitch.

4

Fit & refinement

We iterate to your fit and measurement comments over a round or two — see the sampling process.

5

Pre-production approval

A sample in the actual bulk yarn, with final labels and trims — the reference you sign off before production.

6

Bulk production & QC

Production in 45–60 days with in-line quality control, plus a TOP sample checked against your approved PP.

7

Final QC, labeling & US export

Final inspection, your labels and packaging applied, customs documentation prepared, and freight to the US.

MOQ: 250 pcs per colour/size. Samples: 10–14 days, $80–180 depending on complexity. Bulk: 45–60 days after approval. Shipping: ocean freight to the US East Coast in roughly two weeks, FOB or DDP. Pricing: itemized and transparent — read what drives unit cost and why 250 is the sweet spot.

US Compliance & Quality

In-house linking, finishing and AQL-based QC, anchored by a TOP sample checked against your approved PP. We label to US requirements — fiber content, "Made in Turkey" origin and a permanent care label (FTC Care Labeling Rule); your RN number stays with you. We source certified yarns outside China and provide CPSIA and REACH / GPSR documentation, with third-party testing arranged where your market requires it.

Why Our OEM Is Different

01

Truly Pure OEM

We make your designs, never our own brand against you — and never with hidden subcontracting.

02

A China Alternative

Outside Section 301, UFLPA-clean cotton and faster freight to US ports — a cleaner supply chain for US importers.

03

Founder-Direct

You talk to the founder on the floor — clear English, quick replies, honest pricing, no agency markup.

04

Quality Over Volume

WHOLEGARMENT and fully-fashioned knit at a 250 MOQ — we compete on construction and reliability, not the lowest minimums.

Who We Make For

OEM knitwear for US private-label brands, DTC labels, boutiques and importers — anywhere a US brand wants its own designs, made well, under its own name, on a supply chain outside China.

OEM Knitwear FAQ — US Brands

Can you help US brands move production out of China?

Yes. As a Turkey-based OEM we sit outside the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese-made apparel, with cotton sourced outside the Xinjiang region. Standard US duties still apply by fiber/HTS code — confirm current rates with your broker — but the China-specific penalty layer doesn't.

Can you meet US labeling and CPSIA requirements?

Yes — fiber content, "Made in Turkey" origin and a permanent care label per the FTC rules, plus CPSIA flammability and children's-product support. The RN number stays with you, the US importer/brand; we label to your spec.

What about UFLPA / cotton origin?

We source yarn from accredited suppliers outside the Xinjiang region and pass their certificates and origin documentation to you, supporting the traceability US Customs expects.

Which Incoterms do you offer for US imports?

FOB (you act as importer of record) or DDP (we arrange freight and clearance). FOB is the most common ask for US importers.

What is your minimum order quantity?

250 pieces per colour/size. We compete on quality and a China-alternative supply chain rather than the lowest minimums.

Do you sign NDAs to protect my designs?

Yes — enforceable NDAs. Your designs and IP remain yours; we make your collection, never our own brand against you.
