Each size is knitted to shape as its own fully-fashioned programme on Shima Seiki and Stoll machines — not cut from shared fabric — which is why the fit is true and the garment holds its shape. Turkish manufacturers source certified yarns and produce to the requirements of REACH, GPSR, and CPSIA destination markets. The supplier certificates and traceability are passed to the buyer. Chinese factories often require buyers to manage compliance independently, adding risk and cost. In Turkey, compliant certified material sourcing is built into the process.
