OEM and private-label cardigans for US brands — women's and men's, in merino, cotton, mohair, cashmere and lambswool. Knitted in-house in Turkey on 22 flat-knit machines, from a 250-piece MOQ.
A cardigan is the most construction-intensive garment in a knitwear line. Beyond the knitting itself, it needs a flat button band, clean buttonholes, precise button placement and linking that doesn't ripple after the first wash — the details that separate a piece that reorders from one that returns. We knit cardigans in-house on 22 flat-knit machines — 15 Shima Seiki including WHOLEGARMENT, plus 7 Stoll CMS — across 3gg to 14gg, under your label, from 250 pieces per colour, per size.
Ribbed button bands knitted as trims and attached by linking — flat, stable plackets that don't gape. Buttonholes knitted into the band, not cut. Buttons and trims per your tech pack.
Collar, placket, pocket and hem linking done in-house for clean, flat seams. Finishing and piece-by-piece QC inspection before packing — every cardigan, not a sample percentage.
Knit-to-shape panels on Stoll CMS machines — minimal waste, no cut edges. Cable structures, intarsia colour-work and jacquard patterning available within the same panel.
Seamless cardigans on Shima Seiki WHOLEGARMENT machines at 12gg and 14gg — no side seams, minimal waste, a premium construction that reads luxury at retail.
We source yarn from an established network of Turkish and international suppliers, matched to your silhouette and retail price point. Supplier certificates — OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, BCI — travel with your order on request.

Lambswool, baby alpaca (21–23μ) and GRS-certified recycled blends round out the yarn library — ask us for a recommendation against your reference style.
Most cardigan demand is womenswear, and that's where our silhouette range is deepest: open-front, button-through, cropped and longline, oversized drop-shoulder and belted wrap styles — proportions that suit each fibre's drape. As a ladies' cardigan manufacturer we advise on the gauge-to-silhouette match before sampling, because a longline in the wrong gauge grows at the hem and a cropped style in the wrong yarn loses its shape.
For menswear we produce classic button-front cardigans in mid and fine gauges — plain, ribbed and cable constructions. Both women's and men's programmes run as full private label: woven labels, hangtags and custom branding handled in-house.
Many cardigan suppliers are trading offices that subcontract the knitting — which means no direct control over the linking and band construction where cardigans actually fail. Our machines, programmers and linking line are under one roof in Gaziantep, Turkey, with capacity of 100,000 pieces per month. You get one point of contact, direct answers on technical feasibility, and production the factory itself stands behind.
Send a tech pack or a reference style. We return a capacity check, indicative FOB pricing and a sample timeline within one business day.
Development samples ship in 10–14 days from an approved tech pack, so you can see and feel the cardigan before committing to bulk.
Roughly 4–5 weeks for under 500 pieces, 5–6 weeks for 500–2,000 pieces — knitting, linking, finishing and piece-by-piece QC.
Ocean transit from Mersin runs roughly two weeks — versus four to five weeks trans-Pacific. Tighter season turns, less capital tied up in transit.
Our standard MOQ is 250 pieces per colour, per size. That covers plain and cable cardigans as well as WHOLEGARMENT seamless styles, and is designed for independent and contemporary brands running capsule programmes rather than mass volume.
Extra-fine merino (17.5–19.5 micron, machine-washable options available), Grade A cashmere and cashmere blends, kid mohair-silk, baby alpaca, lambswool, cotton and cotton/TENCEL, GOTS organic cotton and GRS recycled yarns. All yarns are sourced from accredited suppliers — supplier certificates (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, BCI) are passed to you on request.
Yes. Womenswear silhouettes include open-front, button-through, cropped, longline, oversized drop-shoulder and belted wrap styles. For menswear we produce classic button-front cardigans in mid and fine gauges. Both run under your label with your trims and packaging.
Button bands are knitted as ribbed trims and attached by linking in-house, which keeps the placket flat and prevents the gaping you get from overlocked bands. Buttonholes are knitted into the band rather than cut, and buttons are attached during finishing to your tech pack specification, followed by piece-by-piece QC before packing.
