No. Section 301 is China-specific — Turkish-origin knit dresses pay only the standard US MFN base duty for their HTS code, with no Section 301 surcharge. We provide UFLPA traceability documentation and FTC-compliant fiber and care labeling; confirm current duty rates with your licensed customs broker.
